Delivery times are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 8am - 5pm.
Free delivery is usually a 4 working day service, depending on stock and availability. Our carriers will try to call you the working day after you place your order to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
Although we make every effort to ensure your order gets to you quickly and in great condition, damages and losses do sometimes occur. In these instances we will try to resolve these
problems as quickly as possible. Our carrier provides a great service with 99% of orders reaching their destination on time, however on occasions the delivery can arrive late. It is for this reason that we suggest you order the goods so that they arrive at least 5 days before you need them, this will then allow us time to correct any problems. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
The vehicle delivering to your site will be large and you need to be certain that there is suitable road width, ability to turn and manoeuvre and no low bridges. You need to check that road and driveway manholes, drains and drives are strong enough to take the weight of a Heavy Goods Vehicle. The delivery will be made to the nearest kerbside hard standing to the road. If the driver agrees to come onto your property you are responsible and take the risk for damages to fences, driveways, manholes, gates etc. If you are unable to take delivery at your property consider having it delivered locally and then deliver to your site using a smaller vehicle.
We endeavour to deliver your order with no breakages, but some damage may occur in transit. When estimating you should allow about 10% to cover for cuts and breakages. We will consider any claim for breakages, but would not consider edge, corner and breakage damage of less than 5% to be reasonable. As a general rule you should allow a minimum of 10% for wastage, select and put to one side any damaged product and use these for cuts.

Our carriers provide an excellent service and over 99% of deliveries are made on time. However every now and again there will be a problem. With this in mind we would like to suggest that you order the goods several days in advance of the day you actually require them!
