Refunds for goods returned in a saleable condition will be made within 5 days of the goods being returned to us. Refunds will only be made directly on to the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods. Refunds cannot be made to other cards or by any other means.
Goods that are not returned in a saleable condition will not be refunded. If you wish to return items, you must cover the cost of doing so. Green Garden Paving cannot be held responsible in any way for damages caused returning items to us. We always recommend that you send all items recorded delivery and insure them if they are of high value.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. All returned items must have a Returns Reference Number - available by calling us. We will exchange items that are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly when notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product - subject to our terms and conditions. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so you get your order quickly. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please notify us as soon as possible. If the goods have already been sent there may be a charge for cancelling your order to cover returning the goods to us. Please call us on 0845 272 35 35 and we will advise you on the progress of your order.
If the goods have reached you and you wish to return your order, please log in, select orders from 'My Account' and choose to return items. You will need to return the items to us, whereby on inspection you will be refunded. There may be a handling charge for returned items.
